Here is a table with maximal Loan to Value (LTV) for mortgage. This maximum LTV depends on whether the applicant has permanent residence in the Czech Republic or not.

Example:
You want to buy a house for 3.500.000 CZK. Then you choose Raiffeisenbank. If you have a permament residence you get max. 3.150.000 CZK (90% from 3.500.000 CZK). If you do not have a permanent residence you get max. 2.800.000 CZK (80% from 3.500.000 CZK).
