The Liberty Building Project
The residential project Liberty Building is situated in Prague 4 - Nusle, in the wider centre of Prague. The location offers shopping and urban mass transportation facilities as well as beautiful nature in the surrounding area.
The project consists of two separate parts. The
first contains newly built apartment houses. The second part is a renovation
of an existing building of the former factory. While the new building will
offer modern housing of the 21st century, the former factory constitutes unique
and original way of living which offer in Prague is still very limited.
The Liberty Building brings selection of 114 flats including 11 maisonettes. The
apartment categories vary from 1 + kk to 5 + kk (from 30 to 157 m2).
Housing prices are significantly differentiated. Crucial to the price formation
is the vertical location of an apartment, the flat orientation, location of the
apartment house and the view. We can say that the higher the floor, the higher
the price.
The reservations have already started. We expect the completation of the Liberty Building Project within summer 2014.
