The mortgage banks again decrease interest for Mortgage Loans.

Mortgage banks : Hypoteční banka, LBBW bank, Ceska Sporitelna, Raiffeisenbank, Unicreditbank decreased mortgage interest for August 2011.

The lowest interest for

Float period = 2,50% with Life Insurace ; 3,00% without Life Insurance  ;   both for LTV 85% !

Fix period 3 years = 3,39% with Life Insurance ;  3,54% without Life Insurance

Fix period 5 years = 3,39% with Life Insurance ;  3,54% without Life Insurance
